Jihua 3513 Shoes Industry Co., Ltd. is a military shoe-making enterprise. Our firm was set up in Yan'an in 1938 and has the longest and glorious history for military service in China. In the past 80 years, our company has made great contribution to the Chinese army. Our company is located in the south of Xi'an City and enjoys convenient transportation and developed telecommunication conditions. Our firm has more than 1300 employees and a floor area of about 70,000m2, and is equipped with advanced shoe-making facilities. With strong technical force, our annual production capacity amounts to 1.2 million pairs of various kinds of leather shoes. Our Cruiser Brand shoes enjoy a high reputation in Chinese market and are exported to many foreign countries. In 2003, our company received an order from an African country for making 540,000 pairs of shoes for its navy, air and land forces, and became No. 1 in terms of export quantity in the same industry. In pursuit of sustainable development, our company carries out the international quality management system and quality assurance system. In 1999, our firm got ISO9001 certificate. The product quality is improved steadily, and the 'Cruiser Brand' leather shoes enjoy a higher and higher reputation in the whole country and win the trust of consumers. In 1999, our company was awarded the "Special Contribution Prize of the 50th Anniversary's Military Parade" by the Commissariat Department of the General Logistics Dept. of PLA, and was also awarded the "Golden Prize of Pittsburgh international Fair in the USA". Our products successively won the titles of "National High-quality Product Satisfied by Consumers", "Famous Military Brand Product", "Famous Brand Product of Shaanxi Province" and "Famous Brand Product of Xi'an City", and were also appointed as the footwear for the Chinese Peacekeeping Army in Kampuchea.
